1.) Install Seagull License Server
2.) Start Seagull License Server and use our keygen when asked for a Product Key Code
3.) When asked for a Product Activation Code, choose 'Use the phone. (Last Resort)'
    and use Activation Code from our keygen.
4.) Install Seagull BarTender Suit
5.) Start Seagull BarTender
6.) Run Activation wizard for BarTender, when asked for a Product Activation Code use Activation Code from our keygen.
7.) Modify License Server IP (Administer -> Licensing Setup...)
8.) Enjoy!
